Linda Kiser, Au.D
Doctor of Audiology
Linda earned her B.S. from the University of Wyoming, her M.A. from the University of North Colorado, and her doctorate in Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences, A.T. Stills University. She is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. She has experience in hospital settings, private practice, and in ear-nose-throat (ENT) clinics.
Linda began her career in 1991 working in a private practice at Lutheran Medical Center. While there, she worked with infants to geriatrics and ran the newborn testing program, neurodiagnostic lab and hearing aid clinic. She then went on to help start a private practice clinic and eventually worked as the lead audiologist at Swedish Medical Center.
It was there that she realized that working with patients in a smaller clinic would allow for better relationships and less "corporate" issues. In addition, she wanted to return to the community where she first started as an Audiologist, and it was from there that Mountain Peak Hearing Associates, Inc. was born. Linda’s passion is helping each patient hear, resolve their tinnitus issues, and recreate a better quality of life through better relationships, better connections and better cognitive health.
Linda resides in Jefferson County, Colorado, with her husband, Wayne, and two children: Christopher and Karissa. She feels it is an honor to be their mom.
Kelli will be graduating with her Doctorate in Audiology in May 2017 from the University of Northern Colorado. She is completing her fourth and final year of internship with us – her last stop before graduation! Kelli is a native of South Dakota, and earned a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Dakota. She also has completed internships with the Brighton School District, as well as the Veteran's Affairs Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
While growing up with a unilateral hearing loss, Kelli became interested in audiology. Eventually, after several unsuccessful surgeries, she was fitted with a hearing instrument she wears regularly. She is open about sharing her experiences, and relates to patients facing the challenges of hearing loss. She enjoys working one-on-one with each patient, and continues to learn from each interaction with patients and families. Kelli is very capable when it comes to fitting, follow up, and caring for our patients. We feel blessed to have her with us – she is always willing to help around the office, and has taken much of the load from Dr. Linda.
Kelli resides in Westminster with her fiancé, Zachari, where they enjoy spending time biking, and exploring the great Colorado outdoors. She and Zachari are busy planning their September 2017 wedding.
Patient Care Coordinator/Office Manager
Cosette Gurule is proud to say she is a "true" native of Colorado, and a "true" Wheat Ridge native having grown up here in the Wheat Ridge community. Cosette graduated from Wheat Ridge high school and shortly after attended Kaplan University to earn her Real Estate License. She has two beautiful children with her fiance Leo, a "million dollar family", son Davien and daughter Gianna. She truly enjoys witnessing the bond that they share with one another and considers it an honor to be called "mommy". Cosette loves attending football games and hosting family parties in her home with her extended family and close friends. She is a hard working mom helping patients in the office with insurance questions, coffee or just making them feel at "home". She continues to work in the real estate sector in her "free time". She is also busy planning her wedding next August. She's truly a gal with great work ethic, she's a quick learner and has a great "get the job done" attitude. She's the one who we know will be instrumental in helping us take your hearing and tinnitus needs to a "whole new level". She's your go to girl if you should need help navigating our paperwork, insurance issues, and any other questions you may have. We are super happy having Cosette and look forward to a long association with her.
