Understanding your needs.
First, we treat every person who walks through our door as if they were a member of our own family. In fact, we've gotten to know folks so well that they often drop by to have a cup of coffee and just visit for a while.
Second, we know how to identify ear related medical concerns and how to maximize your hearing potential. Our Certified Audiologist's. Holds a Master's degrees in Audiology and have extensive training in anatomy, physiology, and technology. You want us on your side when you are trying to solve a hearing problem.
Third, our service is second to none. Our patients tell us they feel 50% of the cost of hearing aids is for the actual technology. The remaining 50% is for the care and service you receive. They get their money's worth from us.
We participate with most insurance plans. In addition, we offer discounts on hearing aids for members of qualified plans. Please discuss any specific needs you may have with us, and we will work with you on an individual basis.
Working hard for better hearing.
We don't just understand the way your ears work. We understand your overall situation - your coming to terms with a new hearing instrument. Most clinics adhere to a Colorado State-mandated 30-day grace period for you to "get used to" a new hearing instrument. At Mountain Peak Hearing, we double this period to 60 DAYS! We want to make sure you are happy and that we have had a positive effect on your quality of life.
And we're not going to try to sell you more than you need. It would be easy to follow in the footsteps of lesser clinics and get you to buy equipment that is technological over-kill or is their supplier's inventory special of the month. We dispense only the best quality products, and have excellent relationships with our suppliers - relationships that are absolutely vital for unusual or extraordinary circumstances.
Insurance Accepted.
We work with: Medicare, Anthem/Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Pacificare/Secure Horizons, Sloans Lake/MMA, Rocky Mountain Healthcare, GEHA and United Healthcare. And if we are not on a particular insurance company's "preferred provider list" we will work directly with patients on pricing.
